Established in 1996, Essential Spirits Alambic Distilleries is a service disabled veteran owned and operated micro-distillery located in Mountain View, CA, in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area. They use a state-of-the-art Alambic pot still hand-formed by a premier French maker, the only one of its kind in the United States, to produce soft, medium-bodied distilled spirits from fruits, wines, pommaces, and brews including rum, gin, vodka, and brandy. They specialize in contract distilling, incubating spirits brands, and partnering with California wineries to produce grappas and ports.
