Solomon Tournour is a distillery in Mendocino County, California, producing ultra-premium gin using small-lot alambic pot still distillation. Founded in 1999 by Chris Solomon, inspired by Swiss spirits encountered in 1977, in partnership with wine industry veteran cousin Gil Tournour. The gin features bright piney juniper, citrus, and coriander on the nose, with a smooth palate of cinnamon and sweet citrus.
