Deerhammer Distilling Company produces 100% Colorado whiskey steeped in tradition but infused with curiosity and creativity, including American single malt, 4-grain bourbon, rye, and limited run single barrel spirits. They craft one barrel a day from grain to glass using Colorado-sourced grains, double pot distillation in squat-head copper pot stills, and aging 4-7 years in heavy toast char #2 barrels at 8,000' elevation in their rackhouse. Visitors enjoy whiskey tastings, handcrafted cocktails, and comfort food at the tasting room and kitchen in a rustic mountain setting.
