Axe and the Oak Distillery is one of Colorado Springs' first whiskey distilleries, crafting award-winning Colorado bourbon, whiskey, gin, and other spirits using fresh Rocky Mountain water and local Colorado grains. They offer a downtown whiskey bar called Axe and the Oak Whiskey House, featuring live music on weekends, craft cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere for connection. Visitors can stop by the distillery Monday-Thursday 9-4 to purchase bottles.
