Hogback Distillery combines over twenty years of traditional Scotch whisky making techniques with modern American craft creativity, utilizing Colorado’s dynamic terroir. Founded by distiller Graeme Wallace, the micro-distillery is located east of central Boulder near Arapahoe and 55th Street, with a tasting room and bottle shop in Estes Park. They encourage enjoying whiskies neat, offer specialty cocktails, tastings, tours, and the Midnight Cask Society for personalized cask ownership.
