Founded in 2018 by Daniel and Talia Haykin, Haykin Family Cider is an award-winning, small-batch cidery in Aurora, CO, dedicated to honoring apples like wineries celebrate grapes. Their crisp, sparkling ciders showcase rare and heirloom apple varieties with higher carbonation, zero additives, and a process similar to white winemaking, mostly as single varietals. All ciders are certified kosher with the Scroll K hechsher.
