Fifth State Distillery, owned and operated by the Schulten family, is the first licensed distillery in Bridgeport, Connecticut since Prohibition, producing handcrafted small batch gin, vodka, whiskey, and specialty spirits. They source corn from 3rd and 4th generation partner farmers, honoring farm-to-bottle integrity in their urban distillery where city meets farm. Voted Connecticut Gin Distillery of the Year for 2021-2025.
