Rollins Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery in Gulf Breeze, Florida, the first licensed distillery in the Florida Panhandle, founded by father and son Paul and Patrick Rollins. They hand-craft small-batch, award-winning spirits using 100% Florida molasses and high-quality ingredients. Their Esprit de Krewe line includes Cane Vodka, Golden Rum, Rock ‘n Rum, and Crystal Rum, available regionally, while Krewe Exclusive rums are sold only at the distillery tasting room.
