Grey Matter Distillery is Jacksonville’s very first craft distillery, locally and family-owned, founded in 2014 and opened to the public in spring 2021. They distill and bottle Florida favorites including Carve Craft Vodka, Live Oak Whiskey, Mayport Moonshine, and newest Ribault Rum right on-site in their Atlantic Beach location. Visitors enjoy tours, tastings, an extensive craft cocktail menu, and events in a cozy lounge described as a hidden neighborhood gem.
