Big Cypress Distillery is a Miami craft spirits producer founded by cousins Mark Graham and Fernando Plata, specializing in premium handmade distilled spirits using the highest quality ingredients with full transparency in their process. They offer unique rums and gins inspired by Miami, such as Hell’s Bay Rum and Magic City Gin, aged in new American oak barrels. Recently opened a new cocktail bar for tastings and events, open select evenings.

Hell’s Bay Rum
Miami’s original aged rum. Made from organic sugar and molasses, aged in new American oak barrels.
Magic City Gin
Miami’s first gin. Semi-dry with notes of juniper, citrus, vanilla-marzipan, floral and anise. Eleven botanical blend in sugar-based spirit.
Magic City XXI Gin
Tropical Miami gin with 21 botanicals including saffron, ginger, orange and grapefruit peel, lemon balm.
Sloe Gin Liqueur
Seasonal, limited at distillery. Handcrafted gin macerated in spices, sweetened with sugar and mangrove honey, barrel aged.
Orange Spiced Rum
Aged in charred new American oak. Florida orange peels, citrus, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, mangrove honey. Limited at distillery.
