Ology Brewing Company is a craft brewery and distillery established in 2015 in Tallahassee, FL, producing innovative beers like hazy IPAs, sours, and lagers alongside handcrafted spirits including potato vodka, gins, rums, whiskeys, and cream liqueurs. With four taprooms in Tallahassee (Midtown, Northside, Powermill) and one in Tampa, they emphasize sensory exploration and offer beer, spirits, coffee, and food at select locations. Founded by Head Brewer Nick Walker and partners Paul Woodward and Brian Clark, their ever-evolving lineup reflects a passion for experimentation.
