Hope Springs Distillery is the first distillery in Gwinnett County since prohibition, located in the Old Town area of Lilburn, Georgia. They produce small batch distilled spirits made from all natural agricultural products for the discerning drinker. Their lineup includes Top Hat Vodka, Illusion Absinthe (Georgia's first and only), and Garner Creek Gin.
