Iowa Distilling Company is one of the first micro-distilleries in Iowa, located in Cumming, producing hand-crafted spirits from local ingredients including Prairie Fire Cinnamon Whiskey, Saints ‘n Sinners Apple Pie, IDC Straight Bourbon, Zone Vodka, Steel Drum Rum, Rocket Fuel, and Country Gal Moonshine. They age spirits on-site with a native-distilling license and are celebrated for their down-home Iowa roots and multiple CityView Best of Des Moines awards. The distillery features a taproom and is available across all 99 Iowa counties.
Named CITYVIEW’S 2025 “Best Local Distillery”, “Best Whiskey” (7th year in a row), “Best Vodka,” “Best Rum,” and “Best Local Bar (Overall)”. Released limited edition Iowa State 1858 Vodka. Celebrated 10th anniversary in March 2022.
