KOVAL Distillery is Chicago's first distillery since Prohibition, specializing in award-winning craft spirits made from organic grains. They produce whiskey, gin, liqueurs, and canned cocktails using a Kothe Still for organic grain-to-bottle processes. Chicago-born, they offer a tasting room, distillery store, tours, and events at their Ravenswood location.
