Star Union Spirits is an artisanal small-batch distillery established in 2016 in Peru, Illinois, operating out of the historic Westclox factory. They produce a wide variety of craft spirits including whiskeys, brandies, rums, agave spirits, absinthe, and liqueurs with a focus on quality, innovation, and Midwestern reinvention.
