Edwin Coe Spirits is an artisan distillery in Northeastern Indiana with Cajun heritage, inspired by Great-Grandpa Coe's legendary moonshine from the Atchafalaya Basin. Founded in 2016, they produce meticulously distilled craft spirits from locally-harvested grain. The distillery offers a cozy retreat with hand-crafted cocktails, eats from local partners, live music, and events.
