Danny Boy Beer Works is an in-house brewery, distillery, and eatery in Carmel, Indiana, founded by Kevin 'KP' Paul who drew inspiration from global breweries after starting his dream in 1993. They produce bold craft beers, spirits for no-BS cocktails, and flavorful food with attitude, all made from scratch without outsourcing. The venue offers a corner-pub vibe with takeout available.
