Barrel House Distilling Co is a craft distillery located in the barreling house of the old Pepper Distillery in historic Lexington, Kentucky. They produce fine spirits using traditional methods and an old school approach, including RockCastle Bourbon made with local Kentucky corn, wheat, and limestone-rich mountain spring water. They offer tours, tastings, barrel picks, and host events at their Elkhorn Tavern.
