Kentucky Artisan Distillery, owned and operated by Copperhead Distillery Company, is a contract distiller and bottler in Crestwood, KY, serving as the official home of Jefferson’s Bourbon where much of its distilling, aging, and bottling occurs. They produce bourbon and spirits from grains grown on neighboring 700-acre Waldeck Farm, mashing 270 bushels daily and filling over 135 barrels weekly in a hands-on process from farm to bottle. Visitors can take tours on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour and shop for brands and merchandise at the onsite gift shop with an online store.
