OLD POGUE

The Old Pogue Distillery is owned by fifth and sixth generation Pogue family distillers Paul and John Pogue, producing small batch rye and bourbon whiskey using ancestral recipes and methods on the historic grounds of the original 1876 distillery in Maysville, KY, the birthplace of bourbon. The property includes the 1845 Pogue family home, a modern distilled spirits plant, grain storage, and barrel storage with Ohio River views. They offer distillery tours by appointment and a downtown tasting room, gift shop, and bourbon history museum.
