Carr’s Ciderhouse is a family-run cidery handcrafting small batch, wild fermented hard ciders, cider syrup, apple cider vinegar, and switchel from their Preservation Orchard on Mt. Warner in Hadley, MA. They use traditional methods including a century-old restored cider press, natural wild fermentation in stainless tanks over winter, and sustainable no-spray farming with silvopasture. Overlooking the Connecticut River valley, they emphasize quality fruit from estate, wild foraged, and local apples.
