Highland Brewing Co, founded in 1994, is Asheville's first craft brewery. Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, it focuses on producing high-quality beers inspired by the region. The brewery features a large taproom, outdoor spaces, and hosts events with live music and food trucks.
