Utepils Brewing Co is a Minneapolis-based brewery inspired by European brewing traditions, particularly from Scandinavia and Germany. Located near Theodore Wirth Park, Utepils offers a welcoming taproom and outdoor beer garden, drawing from the Norwegian word for 'the longing for the first drink outdoors after a long winter.'
