The Saint Louis Brewery, known as Schlafly Beer, is the largest locally-owned brewery in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 1991, it offers a wide range of craft beers and operates multiple locations, including the Bottleworks facility on Locust St, which features a brewpub and production site.
