Melville Winery is a family-owned estate in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA of Santa Barbara County, specializing in cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. Founded in 1989, their focus is on sustainable farming and minimal intervention winemaking, producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of their 105-acre vineyard.
